Grounded food must be stored in the freezer until you are ready to heat and eat.
Once defrosted dips must be stored in the fridge and will last 7 days.
Raw treats can be enjoyed frozen or defrosted for a minute at room temp.
The airfryer is best, but they can be heated in the oven at 180deg c for 10-15mins depending on appliance. Brush with coconut oil & turn halfway. The burgers & falafels are vegan, so no binding agent, bar gluten free flour & must be treated with care.
Absolutely not! Straight from mother earth & prepared with love.
Both 300g & 1kg meals can be heated in the airfryer, microwave or oven in the foil container. Remove the plastic or cardboard lid first! Depending on appliance at 180deg c for 10-15mins for 300g (longer for the 1kg – test after 15mins) the microwave should take 5mins for the 300g. Always check halfway to prevent your meal from burning or drying out. If you feel it has dried out especially from the oven, then drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Yes, yes & yes. Correct plant-based eating as found in Grounded’s balanced meals will provide you with the nutrition you need along with additional fresh fruit and veg. You can be a poor meat eater or a poor plant-based eater if you opt for take-outs, processed and preserved foods. Plant based eating also rids the body of hormones & antibiotics that are pumped into the animals in order to meet the meat demands. These hormones & antibiotics, added to an unbalanced diet means that the body is constantly in stress, fighting to rid the body of toxins.
As a follow on from above, a detox, especially a grounded one ensures you rid the body of animal products, preservatives, additives, processed foods, sugar and sugar-free foods and stress. This allows the body to breathe and find it’s way back to balance. Your healthy body lies in the choice at the end of your fork.
Absolutely! Eating & exercise go hand in hand. You will not have a balanced body if you drop the ball in either eating or exercise. Eating takes care of the gut, all other organs, hormones, energy & general wellbeing on the inside as well as the outside. Exercise takes care of the heart, strength building, mobility, flexibility, expelling adrenaline and general wellbeing. And both together balance mind, body & spirit. Blessed be.
